Founded in 1991, Secours Islamique France (SIF) is a NGO devoted to social and humanitarian assistance and development aid in France and the world. SIF is a 23 year-old NGO guided by the Islamic values of solidarity and respect for human dignity and by the humanitarian principles of neutrality, independence and impartiality. These principles ensure that relief reaches all people in need, whilst respecting their diversity - whether cultural, religious or social and without expecting anything in return. SIF runs field missions in 16 countries throughout South-East Asia, the Middle East, Africa and Haiti, emergency aid projects, development programmes and advocacy initiatives in four main fields: Water and Sanitation, Childhood Protection, Food Security and Social action to the most vulnerable in France (social patrols, housing insert, etc.) and employs more than 350 people worldwide.

Job Description
Job title: Receptionist (M/F) Role Summary: Serve as the first point of contact for donors, visitors, and external partners. Manage inbound telephone and physical reception, process donor requests and donations, sort and distribute mail, maintain the donor database, and provide general administrative support within the donor relations service. Expectations: Maintain professional demeanor and confidentiality. Deliver courteous and efficient service. Ensure accurate data entry and timely follow‑up. Work collaboratively with team members and support donor engagement objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Answer, filter, and transfer telephone calls to appropriate personnel. - Receive, document, and acknowledge donor requests and contributions. - Greet and direct visitors (suppliers, transporters, expatriates, candidates). - Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail. - Manage donor communications through mail, email, phone, and social media related to organization activities. - Enrich, update, and clean the donor database. - Follow up on donor inquiries and case files. Required Skills: - Excellent written and verbal French. - Professional level English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel). - Experience using a CRM system (preferably Salesforce). - Strong interpersonal and customer‑service skills. - Team‑oriented attitude and good organizational abilities. - Active listening and advisory competence. Job title: Marketing Relations Assistant Intern (H/F) Role Summary: Assist the Donor Relations Manager in optimizing donor engagement processes, developing communication tools, handling donor inquiries, and maintaining donor data within the CRM. Support telemarketing campaigns and participate in service improvement projects such as website updates, telephone systems, and satisfaction surveys. Expectations: - Work under the Donor Relations Manager’s direction. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of donor relations activities. - Manage donor interactions via phone, email, and mail. - Maintain accurate donor records in the CRM.
