**Job Title:** Medical AI Strategy Consultant **Role Summary:** Guide healthcare organizations and AI developers in evaluating, implementing, and optimizing AI solutions to enhance clinical workflows, patient outcomes, and operational efficiency. Provide data-driven strategies and regulatory compliance expertise for AI integration. **Expectations:** - Minimum 5 years in healthcare consulting, medical technology, or AI implementation - Strong comprehension of AI technologies and healthcare IT systems - Ability to manage end-to-end AI projects and navigate healthcare regulations (HIPAA, FDA) - Excellent communication to bridge technical and clinical teams **Key Responsibilities:** - Assess AI needs, design implementation strategies, and evaluate solution performance - Facilitate EHR/imaging system integration and clinical workflow alignment - Deliver training and compliance guidance on data privacy and risk management - Coordinate cross-functional teams, including technical and executive stakeholders - Monitor industry trends and contribute to business development through client relationship management **Required Skills:** - AI solution deployment, data analytics, and healthcare IT systems - Project management and strategic problem-solving - Regulatory knowledge (HIPAA compliance, medical AI FDA requirements) - Communication and technical translation abilities **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s/Master’s in Healthcare Administration, Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science, or Data Science - Preferred certifications in AI healthcare, healthcare IT, or project management (e.g., PMI)
