Job Description
Asher Orion Group LLC is seeking an experienced Medical AI Strategy Consultant to join our team in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The consultant will work closely with healthcare organizations and AI technology developers to evaluate, implement, and optimize artificial intelligence solutions in clinical environments. This role is essential for ensuring that AI applications are integrated effectively into healthcare workflows to improve patient outcomes, increase operational efficiency, and support data-driven decision-making.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of medical AI technologies, healthcare operations, and strategic consulting. They will provide guidance on selecting appropriate AI solutions, managing projects from planning to deployment, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with hospitals, clinics, and private practices to assess AI needs, identify opportunities, and develop tailored strategies for implementation.
Guide clients through the full lifecycle of AI solution deployment, including integration with electronic health records (EHR), imaging systems, and clinical workflows.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented AI solutions, making recommendations for improvements and optimizations.
Provide training and support to clinical and administrative staff to ensure proper adoption and utilization of AI tools.
Advise clients on regulatory compliance, data privacy, and risk management related to AI in healthcare.
Act as a liaison between technical teams, healthcare professionals, and executive leadership to ensure alignment and clear communication.
Stay informed about advancements in medical AI, healthcare technology, and industry trends, providing insights and recommendations to clients and internal teams.
Contribute to business development efforts by identifying new opportunities, supporting proposals, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare consulting, medical technology, or AI implementation in a clinical setting.
Strong understanding of AI technologies, data analytics, and healthcare IT systems.
Knowledge of healthcare regulations, including HIPAA and FDA requirements for medical devices and AI applications.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and strategic thinking abilities.
Experience managing multiple projects with successful outcomes.
Certifications in AI, healthcare IT, or project management are preferred.
