Job title: Head of Growth Marketing
Role Summary:
Lead and scale the end-to-end growth and marketing engine for a VC-backed AI‑native B2B SaaS platform in the food & CPG tech space. Own demand generation, product marketing, content, events, and digital initiatives to drive qualified pipeline, demos, and revenue growth.
Experience Requirements:
- 7+ years in growth, marketing, or demand generation roles with proven impact on MQLs, demos, pipeline, and ARR.
- Prior experience in a high‑growth, VC‑backed B2B SaaS environment.
- Demonstrated ownership of key growth metrics and ability to set and execute a measurable growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own all growth, marketing, and demand generation initiatives.
- Build and execute programs that increase MQLs, demos, and qualified pipeline.
- Lead product marketing: positioning, messaging, and competitive insights.
- Develop and deliver a content strategy that educates, activates, and converts prospects.
- Manage revenue‑generating events, conferences, and trade shows.
- Partner closely with Sales to optimize lead quality, conversion rates, and forecasting.
- Establish measurement frameworks; continuously refine GTM efficiency.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and leadership on market insights.
- Experiment, iterate, and scale new growth channels with an experimentation‑first mindset.
- Build foundational processes, tooling, and reporting for the growth function.
Required Skills:
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical, data‑driven decision‑making skills.
- Expertise in demand generation tactics across paid media, SEO/SEM, ABM, events, and content.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and cross‑functional collaboration abilities.
- Comfortable leading in a fast‑paced, high‑ownership startup environment.
- Proficiency in marketing automation, analytics, and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce).
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (equivalent experience acceptable).
- Certifications in marketing analytics, demand generation, or digital marketing (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, MSA).
