Job title: Senior Program Manager – ERP/SAP
Role Summary:
Strategic leader responsible for the end‑to‑end management of large‑scale ERP/SAP programs, including S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, and Workforce Software. Drives program delivery, risk mitigation, stakeholder alignment, and post‑implementation sustainment while mentoring cross‑functional teams.
Expectations:
- Deliver complex ERP/SAP initiatives on time, scope, and budget.
- Align program objectives with enterprise business strategy.
- Provide subject‑matter expertise on SAP architecture, integrations, and new feature adoption.
- Exhibit leadership in change management, coaching, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Program Leadership & Strategy
• Lead upgrades, integrations, and service delivery optimizations for ERP/SAP.
• Advise on architecture decisions, scalability, and compliance.
• Conduct risk assessments and propose mitigation strategies.
• Recommend SAP S/4HANA and SuccessFactors innovations for business value.
2. Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration
• Build relationships with internal departments (HR, Finance, Procurement, IT) and external suppliers.
• Facilitate executive‑level discussions and secure cross‑department alignment.
• Represent the program to senior leadership to advance confidence and engagement.
3. Delivery & Execution
• Oversee data migration, system integration, and process alignment across S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, and Workforce Software.
• Resolve issues, fill gaps, and make decisions to keep projects on schedule.
• Lead workshops, project meetings, and design sessions.
• Develop sustainment plans and roadmaps for post‑implementation success.
4. Team Leadership & Mentorship
• Coach project teams and cross‑functional staff on ERP/SAP best practices.
• Encourage collaboration, accountability, and performance measurement.
Required Skills:
- Proven program management with 7+ years of ERP/SAP experience, 4+ years leading large implementations.
- Deep knowledge of SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Talent Management, Learning, Compensation), S/4HANA Finance, Procurement, Ariba, Concur, and Workforce Software.
- Expertise in integration of SuccessFactors modules with S/4HANA and Workforce Software.
- Strong program delivery methodology: Waterfall, Agile, Lean, Kanban, Scrum.
- Performance measurement and continuous improvement frameworks.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership capabilities.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Information Technology, or related field.
- PMP certification (mandatory).
- One Agile certification (PMI‑ACP, CSM, or PSM I).
- SAP certification (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate).
- PROSCI Change Management Certification (preferred).
