About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Program Manager, ERP/SAP to lead the implementation, management, and evaluation of our large-scale ERP/SAP programs and initiatives. This senior role requires a seasoned leader with a deep understanding of enterprise resource planning, a knack for strategic risk assessment, and the ability to mentor and coach cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will be a principal advisor on strategic and operational plans, ensuring our ERP/SAP goals align with enterprise objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Program Leadership & Strategy
Lead complex ERP/SAP change initiatives, including upgrades, service delivery optimization, and system integrations.
Provide strategic input into ERP architecture decisions, ensuring scalability, performance, and compliance with enterprise IT standards.
Assess risks associated with ERP implementation plans and propose mitigation strategies.
Act as the principal advisor for strategic and operational plans aligned with ERP/SAP goals.
Stay current with SAP S/4HANA and SuccessFactors innovations, recommending adoption of new features that enhance business value.
Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal/external stakeholders and strategic suppliers.
Collaborate with HR, Finance, Procurement, IT, and Business Planning leadership to ensure cross-functional alignment.
Facilitate leadership-level discussions to achieve agreement on integration of plans across departments.
Represent the ERP/SAP program to senior leadership and stakeholders to build confidence and drive engagement.
Delivery & Execution
Ensure seamless data migration, system integration, and process alignment across SAP S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, and Workforce Software.
Drive resolution of issues, gaps, and decision-making to keep projects on track.
Lead workshops, project meetings, and design sessions as required.
Build the sustainment plan and roadmap to support post-implementation success.
Recommend processes, roles, and responsibilities compliant with procurement regulations.
Team Leadership & Mentorship
Mentor and coach project staff and cross-functional teams based on ERP/SAP expertise.
Engage and influence teams to foster collaboration and accountability.
Promote continuous improvement and performance measurement in ERP/SAP operations.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Education: Degree in Business, Commerce, Information Technology, or related field
PMP and one of the following Scrum/Agile Certifications:
MI-ACP from the Project Management Institute for broad Agile experience,
CSM (Certified ScrumMaster), or
PSM I (Professional Scrum Master)
SAP certification (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate)

Experience:
Minimum 7+ years of progressive ERP/SAP project experience, including 4+ years leading large-scale implementations.
Hands-on expertise with SuccessFactors, S/4HANA Finance, Procurement, Ariba, Concur, and Workforce Software.
Proven experience integrating SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Talent Management, Learning, Compensation) with S/4HANA and Workforce Software.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage enterprise-wide transformations.
Technical/Methodology Knowledge:
Project and program management methodologies - Waterfall, Agile, Lean, Kanban, Scrum.
Strong understanding of performance measurement and continuous improvement frameworks.
Nice to have Certification
PROSCI Change Management Certification (nice-to-have).
Education & Certifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Information Technology, or a related field.
Mandatory Certifications (Proof required upon application):
PMP (Project Management Professional)
One of the following Agile certifications: PMI-ACP, CSM, or PSM I
An SAP certification (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate)
Nice-to-have Certification: PROSCI Certification
