JOB TITLE Business Development and Relations Officer ROLE SUMMARY Solely focus on expanding and maintaining ANTCO’s lending relationships with Indigenous entrepreneurs and communities across the Okanagan, driving business growth while managing a regional client portfolio and ensuring compliance with lending and risk policies. EXPECTATIONS * Cultivate and sustain strong, culturally‑sensitive relationships with Indigenous business owners and community partners. * Deliver consistent, high‑quality client service and mentorship to secure successful loan outcomes and repository health. * Meet portfolio and activity targets, providing accurate reporting to internal stakeholders. Job Title: Senior Client Development Representative Role Summary: Lead business development for heavy civil and geotechnical services, building long‑term relationships, identifying high‑fit opportunities, and collaborating with operations, estimating, and engineering teams to drive growth across Western Canada. Expectations: • Develop and execute strategic growth plans for target infrastructure, mining, power, and contractor accounts. • Maintain regular contact with project owners, consultants, and contractors to understand upcoming programs. • Initiate and lead internal pursuit discussions, aligning opportunities with technical strengths. • Attend client meetings, pre‑construction discussions, and site assessments to represent the company and gather intelligence. • Prepare clear, competitive proposals and technical submissions with estimating and engineering teams. • Monitor market developments, regulatory changes, and industry activity influencing pipelines. • Provide regular updates on pursuit status, proposal progress, and forecasting. • Support pricing and commercial terms to meet margin and risk goals. • Resolve client concerns by coordinating with project managers and field teams. • Identify expansion opportunities on existing projects. • Manage multiple parallel pursuits, meet deadlines, and operate independently with limited oversight. • Travel regionally (30–40%) for site visits and client engagement.
