Job Description
**Job Title:** Regional Sales Manager **Role Summary:** Remote sales leader responsible for prospecting new clients, nurturing existing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets within an assigned Ontario region. Collaborates closely with executive leadership and internal teams to drive growth and profitability for a diversified portfolio of industrial and specialty products. **Expectations:** - Meet or exceed regional sales quotas. - Build a robust pipeline through proactive prospecting. - Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. - Provide accurate sales forecasts and performance reports. - Uphold compliance with company policies and safety standards. **Key Responsibilities:** - Identify and qualify new business opportunities across target industries. - Conduct sales presentations, negotiations, and contract closures. - Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to post‑sale support. - Develop and execute regional sales plans aligned with corporate objectives. - Coordinate with product development, operations, and marketing to address customer needs. - Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to inform strategy. - Maintain CRM records and generate regular activity and pipeline reports. - Travel within the region as required; maintain valid driver’s license. **Required Skills:** - Minimum 5 years of industrial B2B sales experience. - Proven track record in prospecting, closing deals, and achieving targets. - Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship‑management abilities. - Familiarity with one or more of the industries served (e.g., manufacturing, construction, agriculture, health & beauty). - Analytical mindset for interpreting sales metrics and market trends. - Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite. - Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally. **Required Education & Certifications:** - High school diploma or equivalent required. - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field preferred. - Relevant sales or industry certifications (e.g., Certified Professional Sales Person) advantageous.
