Monitor VBC contract financial results across multiple programs, validate provider contracts, and establish control analytics. Lead cross‑functional discussions, present executive‑level findings, and develop standard operating procedures. **Expectations:** - 4+ years of financial analysis experience. - Ability to create executive‑level presentations and influence cross‑functional corrective actions. - Proficiency in advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access, and SQL or VBA. - Strong knowledge of VBC arrangements and financial contractual structures. **Key Responsibilities:** - Build financial models for revenue and cost contribution to VBC performance. - Prepare periodic financial statements and trend analyses of cost of care and revenue. - Monitor VBC contract financial performance across all lines of business. - Validate contracted providers and develop control analytics for financial arrangements. - Lead workgroup forums, facilitate discussions, and establish action plans. - Define and execute standard operating procedures for outcomes and standards. - Manage line‑of‑credit processes and oversee outstanding provider recoupments. **Required Skills:** - Advanced financial modeling and analysis. - Expert use of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access). - SQL or VBA programming skills. - Experience with Value Based Care financial arrangements. - Excellent presentation, communication, and cross‑functional collaboration. - Detail‑oriented, problem‑solving, and process‑improvement mindset. **Required Education & Certifications:** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
