**Job Title:** Information Technology Procurement Manager
**Role Summary:** Lead end-to-end procurement of IT hardware, software, and related services, ensuring cost-efficiency, vendor compliance, and alignment with organizational technology needs across global operations.
**Expectations:**
- 5+ years in IT procurement, vendor management, or technology sourcing.
- Strong negotiation skills to secure competitive contracts and cost savings.
- Ability to analyze market trends, procurement data, and budget performance.
- Proficiency in procurement and IT systems, with advanced Excel and data analytics tools.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard IT vendors for hardware, software, and cloud services.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers and manage renewals/renegotiations to optimize value.
- Monitor vendor performance, compliance, and service quality against established standards.
- Maintain procurement records (invoices, POs, compliance documentation) and ensure data accuracy.
- Coordinate with VMO, IT leadership, and legal teams to align contracts with organizational policies.
- Track spending, identify cost-saving opportunities, and reconcile leasing invoices with finance teams.
- Manage inventory lifecycle workflow (procurement, leasing, returns) and generate lease schedule reports.
- Utilize ServiceNow for procurement documentation, tracking, and ticketing.
**Required Skills:**
- Advanced vendor management and supplier relationship building.
- Contract negotiation and risk evaluation for IT services.
- In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud services, and procurement policies.
- Data analysis (budgeting, cost trends) and report generation.
- Systems proficiency (ServiceNow, procurement platforms, advanced Excel, ERP tools).
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or Supply Chain Management.
- Certifications in procurement or supply chain (e.g., CIPS, CPSM) recommended but not required.
