**Job Title**
Creative Project Manager
**Role Summary**
Lead end‑to‑end management of agency‑based creative projects, acting as the primary liaison between creative, media buying, legal, procurement, and internal stakeholders. Translate strategy and performance insights into actionable briefs, oversee production, ensure compliance, and drive continuous improvement in process and quality.
**Expectations**
* 3–5 years of project management experience in marketing or creative environments, preferably with direct agency or production partner oversight.
* Strong communicator and facilitator who can consolidate feedback, align diverse stakeholders, and maintain calm under tight deadlines.
* Proficient in PM tools (e.g., Airtable, Wrike, Monday, Jira, Smartsheet, Asana) and comfortable with SOWs, change orders, purchase orders, invoicing, and basic budget tracking.
* Detail‑oriented risk manager with a track record of on‑time, on‑budget delivery and high stakeholder satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Serve as the single point of contact for agencies, managing day‑to‑day communication, clarifying briefs, and preventing conflicting direction.
2. Translate creative strategy and performance data into clear, actionable briefs.
3. Schedule, run, and document bi‑weekly status calls and reviews; set agendas, capture action items, and drive them to closure.
4. Coordinate cross‑functional partners (Creative, Media Buying, Legal/Compliance, Procurement) and lead quarterly performance reviews and post‑mortems at major milestones.
5. Partner with media buying to align and communicate agency creative deliverables.
6. Manage asset production and delivery‑versioning, specifications, quality assurance, and naming conventions.
7. Ensure brand and legal compliance, oversee final QA, and coordinate smooth handoffs to trafficking.
8. Track agency assets in internal project management and digital asset management systems.
9. Track and report on KPIs—on‑time-in-full delivery, cycle time, revision rate, stakeholder satisfaction.
10. Drive continuous improvement by refining briefs, templates, and tool configurations to increase compliance and quality.
11. Partner with Media Buying and Legal to define scope, budget, and success metrics.
12. Track spend against the statement of work; manage change orders through Procurement.
13. Prepare purchase orders, process invoices, and reconcile budgets.

**Required Education & Certifications**
* Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or related field.
* Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is a plus but not mandatory.
