**Job Title:** Growth Marketing Director **Role Summary:** Strategic leader responsible for developing and executing a data‑driven B2B growth marketing strategy that drives predictable pipeline growth, aligns sales and marketing, and optimizes digital assets. Owns the marketing technology stack (HubSpot) and inbound demand‑generation engine to achieve go‑to‑market fit and revenue targets. **Expectations:** - Deliver measurable revenue impact through account‑based marketing (ABM) and inbound programs. - Align sales and marketing processes to improve lead‑to‑revenue conversion. - Build and maintain high‑performing digital demand‑generation assets (websites, landing pages). - Establish and track growth KPIs; provide regular performance reporting to senior leadership. - Foster cross‑functional collaboration with sales, customer success, operations, and executive teams. **Key Responsibilities:** - Define and implement the overall growth marketing strategy, targeting Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs). - Lead ABM campaigns, content creation, and inbound demand‑generation initiatives. - Own website strategy, SEO/SEM, UX, and conversion optimization as core lead‑generation tools. - Design and maintain sales‑marketing playbooks, lead scoring, and nurture workflows. - Manage the HubSpot CRM/Marketing Hub ecosystem: automation, reporting, integrations, and continuous improvement. - Analyze performance data, conduct A/B testing, and refine tactics to meet pipeline and revenue goals. - Mentor and develop the marketing team; ensure clear communication of goals and results. **Required Skills:** - 10+ years B2B growth marketing experience, preferably SaaS, prop‑tech, or high‑growth scale‑ups. - Proven success with account‑based marketing and inbound demand generation that drives revenue. - Deep hands‑on expertise with HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub (automation, reporting, integrations). - Strong website ownership experience (SEO, UX, CRO). - Ability to build sales‑marketing alignment playbooks and lead‑to‑revenue frameworks. - Data‑driven mindset with solid analytical and KPI tracking capabilities. - Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - Entrepreneurial attitude; thrives in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (required). - Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred but not mandatory. - HubSpot Marketing Software Certification or equivalent marketing automation certification preferred.
