ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting to the Group Commercial Director, the Growth Marketing Director will be accountable for and lead the development and execution of our marketing strategy designed to deliver predictable growth through account-based marketing, ICP-driven campaigns, and inbound demand generation.

This role combines ownership of our digital channels and websites with a focus on aligning sales and marketing to drive measurable pipeline growth and high conversion rates. This role requires strategic leadership and hands-on execution. You will own our websites and digital presence as core lead-generation assets, build sales and marketing playbooks to drive conversion, and design campaigns that directly fuel pipeline growth.

A key part of the role is to help the business achieve go-to-market fit, ensuring our value proposition resonates with our Ideal Customer Profiles and that campaigns directly drive revenue opportunities. You will own our marketing technology ecosystem -- with HubSpot at the core -- and build an end-to-end inbound marketing engine that scales.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

This role requires a senior marketing leader who is commercially driven, data-led, and thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments. You will work closely with sales, customer success, operations, and the senior leadership team to drive measurable revenue outcomes.

10+ years' experience in B2B growth marketing, ideally within SaaS, proptech, or high-growth scale-ups
Proven track record of delivering account-based marketing and inbound demand generation programs that drive measurable revenue impact
Strong experience with HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub (essential) -- hands-on expertise in automation, reporting, and integrations
Demonstrable success in owning and optimising websites as demand-generation engines
Experience building sales and marketing aligned playbooks that drive lead-to-revenue conversion
Commercial and data-driven mindset, with proven success in delivering growth KPIs
Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
