Job title: Head of Expansion, International (EMEA)
Role Summary: Lead the global expansion of health‑tech clinics across EMEA, managing full lifecycle from site selection and real‑estate negotiation to construction delivery, CapEx planning, and launch execution, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with brand standards.
Expectations:
- Deliver measurable growth by establishing new clinic locations and scaling operations across multiple markets.
- Lead cross‑functional teams, maintain strong stakeholder relationships, and drive project execution in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute real‑estate strategy, identify and evaluate prospective clinic sites.
- Negotiate leases, purchase agreements, and other property‑related contracts.
- Oversee construction management, including design, permitting, and build‑out of clinics.
- Plan, monitor, and optimize CapEx budgets and capital allocation.
- Coordinate clinic launch activities, ensuring regulatory compliance, quality standards, and brand consistency.
- Partner with finance, operations, marketing, and legal teams to align expansion initiatives with business objectives.
Required Skills:
- 10+ years of experience in real‑estate development, site acquisition, or expansion strategy, preferably in regulated or multi‑site environments.
- Proven track record of leading international expansion projects.
- Deep expertise in real‑estate negotiations, construction management, and CapEx optimization.
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing multi‑million‑dollar budgets.
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross‑cultural communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑growth, global setting.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Construction Management, Business Administration, Finance, or related discipline.
- Professional certifications such as LEED, RICS, or PMP are a plus.
