Job Description
**Job Title:** Business Analyst – HR Systems **Role Summary:** Business Analyst specializing in HRIS to support a large‑scale enterprise HR transformation, focusing on Workday HCM implementation and migration from legacy systems. Acts as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring accurate requirements, data integrity, testing, and end‑user enablement. **Expectations:** - Execute data conversion, mapping, and quality assurance for legacy‑to‑Workday migration. - Develop and run test plans, scripts, and UAT. - Produce clear documentation, user guides, and training materials. - Provide ongoing technical support and ensure compliance with security and governance standards. **Key Responsibilities:** - Support implementation and administration of Workday HCM (and other HRIS platforms). - Review, validate, and resolve data migration issues. - Perform data mapping, reconciliation, and QA activities. - Create test plans, test scripts; conduct system and user acceptance testing. - Deliver end‑user training, knowledge transfer, and create system documentation. - Liaise between business stakeholders and technical teams; gather and document functional requirements. - Maintain requirements traceability and align deliverables with project objectives. - Support Talent, Compensation, Benefits, and Core HR processes. **Required Skills:** - 4+ years HRIS implementation/administration experience. - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SQL. - Experience with large‑scale data conversion and migration. - Knowledge of business analysis methodologies and SDLC processes. - Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to produce high‑quality documentation. - Ability to work in hybrid/structured enterprise environments. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, HR Management, or related field (preferred). - Relevant HRIS certifications (e.g., Workday, PeopleSoft) are advantageous but not mandatory.
