Position Overview

FutureSoft Consulting Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with strong Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) expertise to support a large-scale enterprise HR transformation initiative for a public-sector client in Georgia. The selected professional will play a key role in supporting the implementation of Workday HCM and the transition from legacy HR platforms.

This position requires strong analytical, technical, and communication skills, along with hands-on experience in HR systems, data conversion, testing, and user support.

Key Responsibilities

Support the implementation and administration of HRIS platforms, including Workday HCM
Review, validate, and resolve data conversion and migration issues from legacy systems
Perform data mapping, reconciliation, and quality assurance activities
Develop test plans, test scripts, and conduct system and user acceptance testing
Provide technical support for system maintenance and enhancements
Create user guides, training materials, and system documentation
Deliver end-user training and knowledge transfer sessions
Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
Ensure requirements traceability and alignment with project objectives
Support Talent, Compensation, Benefits, and Core HR functions
Maintain compliance with security, governance, and regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, HR Management, or a related field (preferred)
Minimum of four (4) years of experience implementing and/or administering HRIS systems
Demonstrated experience with large-scale data conversion and migration projects
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SQL
Solid understanding of business analysis methodologies and SDLC processes
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to produce high-quality documentation and detailed deliverables
Experience working in hybrid or structured enterprise environments

Preferred Qualifications

Experience implementing or supporting Workday HCM
Prior experience with PeopleSoft HCM
Experience supporting public-sector or government systems
Familiarity with large enterprise HR environments

Work Environment

Hybrid work schedule (onsite and remote)
Local candidates preferred
Contract position with potential for extension based on performance and funding
