**Job Title** Customer Success Lead **Role Summary** Lead the end‑to‑end post‑sale customer success function for a high‑growth cybersecurity startup. Own onboarding, adoption, retention, and expansion of enterprise customers, embedding the Agentic Security platform into their security decision‑making processes (threat modeling, secure‑by‑design governance) and driving product improvements through structured executive feedback. **Expactations** - Minimum 10 years of hands‑on security operations (AppSec, Product Security, or Security Architecture). - Proven senior enterprise SaaS Customer Success leadership, not just account management. - Deep fluent knowledge of SDLC workflows, threat modeling, and governance frameworks. - Executive presence capable of engaging CISOs and senior engineering leaders as peers. - Demonstrated ability to build and scale CS processes from the ground up in a high‑growth environment. **Key Responsibilities** - Drive the full post‑sale customer journey: onboarding, adoption, retention, and expansion. - Maintain and deepen executive relationships across all active enterprise accounts. - Establish structured feedback loops with Product to influence roadmap decisions. - Design and execute a 12‑month hiring and scaling plan aligned with ARR growth. - Embed the Agentic Security platform into customers’ security workflows and governance. - Lead threat‑modeling collaborations and secure‑by‑design governance initiatives. - Report on key metrics, forecast outcomes, and recommend strategic interventions. **Required Skills** - 10+ years in security operations (AppSec, Product Security, or Security Architecture). - Senior enterprise SaaS Customer Success leadership experience. - Advanced knowledge of SDLC, threat modeling, governance frameworks, and secure‑by‑design principles. - Executive stakeholder management and influence. - Ability to design, launch, and scale CS processes from scratch. - Strong strategic planning, analytical, and data‑driven decision‑making skills. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience). - Industry security certifications (CISSP, CISM, CSP, CEH, or similar) preferred. - Additional certifications in SaaS or product management and/or project management (e.g., PMP, SAFe) are a plus.
