Customer Success Lead | Agentic AI Security | Design-Stage Risk Management

One of the most disruptive cybersecurity startups in New York right now is building a new category from the ground up, and they need the person who makes sure it sticks.

This isn't a renewals role. It's a strategic function. You will embed an Agentic Security platform directly into how enterprises make security decisions, threat modeling, design reviews, secure-by-design governance, you will own that motion end to end.

What we need:

10+ years of experience, with real hands-on security operator credentials in AppSec, Product Security, or Security Architecture.

Senior enterprise SaaS CS leadership, not just account management.

Deep fluency in SDLC workflows, threat modeling, and governance frameworks.

Executive presence, you engage CISOs and senior engineering leadership as a peer.

Built CS processes from scratch in a high-growth environment, not an inherited playbook.

What you'll own:

The entire post-sale function, onboarding, adoption, retention, and expansion, from day one.

Executive relationships across every active enterprise account.

Structured feedback loops to Product that shape the roadmap.

A 12-month hiring and scaling plan aligned to ARR growth.
