Job title: Reporting Lead – Capital Projects (Mining) Role Summary: Lead performance reporting for large‑scale mining capital projects, consolidating data from multiple stakeholders and systems to deliver accurate, timely, and actionable insights on progress, cost, schedule, and risk to executive leadership, governance bodies, and regulatory authorities. Expectations: Deliver high‑quality, KPI‑driven reports on scope, schedule, budget, and quality; maintain data integrity; automate reporting processes; support decision‑making through trend analysis and risk identification; comply with stage‑gate and corporate governance requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Track and report project performance against scope, schedule, budget, and quality targets; maintain KPIs (EV, CPI, SPI). - Consolidate CAPEX data across work packages and contractors; produce monthly cost forecasts, variance analyses, and cash‑flow projections. - Collaborate with schedulers to integrate schedule data (Primavera P6, MS Project); provide milestone tracking and critical‑path analysis. - Maintain a centralized register of risks, issues, and opportunities; communicate impacts on cost, schedule, and scope. - Produce monthly, quarterly, and ad‑hoc reports for executives, sponsors, and regulators; ensure compliance with stage‑gate and governance requirements. - Standardize reporting templates for EPCM contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors; validate third‑party data integration. - Ensure data quality, accuracy, and timeliness across all reporting streams; implement automation and BI solutions (Power BI, Tableau). Required Skills: - Proven experience as a Reporting Lead or Project Controls Analyst in large capital projects. - Deep knowledge of mining capital project environments (processing facilities, mine expansions, infrastructure). - Expertise in project controls tools (Primavera P6, EcoSys, Prism, or SAP) and BI/reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, Excel Power Query/Pivot). - Strong financial acumen with CAPEX tracking and forecasting experience. - Excellent communication skills for both technical and non‑technical stakeholders. - Analytical, detail‑oriented, proactive, and highly organized. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Data Analytics, or related field (preferred). - Relevant certifications (PMP, Prince2, Primavera P6 certification) are a plus.

**Job Title**: Senior Estimator / Head of Building Science **Role Summary**: Lead technical estimation and building science functions for high‑performance cladding and solar façade projects, ensuring accurate, compliant, and value‑driven bids.
