About the Opportunity

Our client, a leading gold producer, is looking for Mechanical Engineers to support upcoming capital and sustaining projects within Ontario mining operations.

Key Responsibilities

Support mechanical scopes across construction and capital project execution
Interface between engineering, construction, and operations teams
Review contractor deliverables and field execution plans
Support installation, commissioning, and project handover activities
Assist with brownfield tie-ins and underground/surface infrastructure upgrades

Qualifications

Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent experience
Experience in mining, heavy industrial, or energy project environments
Exposure to construction-phase engineering preferred
Understanding of field execution and constructability considerations
Experience working on Ontario-based projects strongly preferred

Preferred

Mining or heavy industrial brownfield experience
Site-based or regularly site-supporting background
