**Job Title:** Client Operations Coordinator **Role Summary:** Serve as primary client contact for support and inquiries, coordinate with internal teams, develop client relationships, and streamline client service operations in a fast-paced startup environment. **Expectations:** Proactive and detail-oriented with excellent communication. Experience in client services or operations, preferably in tech/startup. Adaptability to dynamic environments and ownership of initiatives. Familiarity with CRM/tools like Copilot, Slack, Hubspot, Asana. 2+ years experience required. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage client inquiries and resolve issues promptly. - Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs and deliver projects on time. - Build and maintain strong client relationships for satisfaction and retention. - Monitor client accounts and provide regular updates/reports. - Identify and implement process improvements for client services. - Support funding database monitoring and expansion with new partners. **Required Skills:** - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Strong organizational and multitasking proficiency. - Experience with CRM and client management tools. - Networking and relationship-building skills. - Prioritization and project management capabilities. - Early-stage startup or 0-to-1 team experience. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. - 2+ years in client services, operations, or similar roles.
