Businesses that are on HighPath use it to identify investors, grants, banking products and more. HighPath is working to automate the matching and application or diligence process to provide businesses with a single solution for running their fundraise.

Our mission is to help 100,000 businesses across Canada and the US get funding in the next 5 years. To do this we are assembling a team of incredible software engineers, data scientists, and sales gurus to help build the next generation of funding software.

We are a small team which means that new team members will be instrumental in shaping the direction of the technology, strategy, and culture. About You

We're looking for a Client Operations Coordinator to join our team and ensure the smooth operation of our client services. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs, provide support, and ensure they have a positive experience with our platform. You should be proactive, detail-oriented, and have excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their funding and platform inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are delivered on time.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention.
Monitor client accounts and provide regular updates and reports.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance client services.
Support in monitoring our funding database and growing it as we develop new funding partners.

What We're Looking For

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Experience in client services or operations, preferably in a tech or startup environment.

* You can easily network with people from all backgrounds and are naturally sociable.

* You are have impeccable prioritization skills, allowing you to keep your main objectives top of mind.

Proficiency in using CRM software and other client management tools.
0-to-1 Builder: Been part of an early team before? Even better. You know what it's like to build an early customer community.
Leadership experience: You've successfully led major projects and are ready to mentor future hires as we grow.

Requirements:

Motivated to work in an early-stage startup: Thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in client services, operations, or a similar role.
Experience with operations and project management: Good at managing lots of projects and being incredibly organized.
Excited to support Canadian businesses: Enjoy being on the phone and learning how we can support our clients.
Located in Toronto: Based in Toronto and willing to work from our office.
Familiarity with operations and sales tools like Copilot, Slack, Hubspot, and Asana.
