Job Description
Job Title: Accounts Payable Administrator Role Summary: Process, reconcile, and administer day‑to‑day accounts payable activities for both inventory and non‑inventory vendors. Ensure accurate, timely payments, resolve discrepancies, and support general accounting functions, while maintaining compliance with internal controls and vendor relationships. Required Skills: - 2+ years’ experience in Accounts Payable. - Strong understanding of purchase‑to‑pay cycle, logistics integration, and financial reconciliations. - High attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills. - Effective verbal and written communication; capability to resolve ambiguity. - Proficient in Microsoft Word; intermediate‑to‑advanced Excel skills. - Ability to work independently and as a team player. - Customer‑service oriented and able to build professional relationships across all levels.
