Job Description: **Job Title**: RevOps Consultant **Role Summary**: Client-facing part-time consultancy role for a RevOps/HubSpot Consultant supporting B2B SaaS and healthcare clients. Potential to transition to full-time based on performance. **Expectations**: - Minimum 3 years in RevOps, Sales/Mktg Ops within B2B SaaS. - Proven client-facing experience in scoping and delivering GTM/RevOps solutions. - Demonstrate scalability in translating business goals into technical architectures. **Key Responsibilities**: - Lead client discovery sessions to define requirements. - Design and document GTM/RevOps systems, process maps, and solution demos. - Oversee HubSpot implementations, integrations, and automation. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams for execution, QA, and solution delivery. - Deliver trainings and documentation to ensure client adoption. **Required Skills**: - Advanced proficiency in HubSpot Marketing, Sales, Service, and Ops Hubs. - Expertise in integration tools (Clay, Zapier, n8n) and GTM engineering. - Strong project management and cross-team coordination. - Business acumen to align technical solutions to revenue objectives. - Excellent communication and client relationship management. **Required Education & Certifications**: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field. - HubSpot/RevOps certifications preferred (e.g., HubSpot Academy).
