We are a GTM/HubSpot-focused agency supporting clients in early-stage B2B SaaS and healthcare. Our work spans everything from strategic design and process mapping to HubSpot builds, GTM engineering, complex integrations, automation, and client enablement.

The Role

We're looking for a RevOps / HubSpot Consultant to join our team as a part-time contractor, working remotely. This is a client-facing role where you'll help scope, design, and oversee delivery of HubSpot and GTM engineering solutions.

This role starts part-time, with the potential to become full-time if you demonstrate both impact and the ability to grow into a core member of the team.

What You'll Do
Lead client-facing discovery sessions and requirements intake.
Translate business goals into scalable GTM / revenue architecture.
Build process maps, scope documents, and solution demos.
Oversee HubSpot implementations, integrations, and GTM engineering builds.
Coordinate with internal teams to scope, delegate, and QA execution.
Deliver solutions, document systems, and train clients to ensure adoption.

What We're Looking For
3+ years in RevOps, Sales Ops, or Marketing Ops (B2B/SaaS environment).
Hands-on HubSpot expertise across Marketing, Sales, Service, and Ops Hubs.
Strong experience with integrations and automation tools (Clay, Zapier, n8n, etc.).
Business acumen: ability to translate client needs into GTM systems and revenue architecture.
Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
Must be based in U.S. or Canada.

Contract Details
Flexible, part-time contractor role (hourly).
Remote work setup.
Potential to expand into a full-time position if you demonstrate both impact and the ability to grow into a core member of the team.
