Job Description
Job Title: Brand Marketing Specialist Role Summary Develop, execute, and maintain brand marketing strategies and visual identities to ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms and touchpoints. Lead design initiatives, conduct market research, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align brand objectives with business goals. Expectations - Deliver high‑quality visual assets that reflect brand values and resonate with target audiences. - Maintain brand integrity by enforcing guidelines and staying current with design and market trends. - Communicate effectively with stakeholders, presenting concepts and incorporating feedback. - Work independently while fostering collaboration within marketing, sales, product, and creative units. Key Responsibilities - Design and refine brand identity elements (logos, color palettes, typography). - Create visual assets for digital, print, packaging, and social media campaigns. - Develop, update, and enforce brand guidelines across all company outputs. - Partner with marketing, sales, product, and design teams to synchronize brand messaging. - Conduct market and competitor research to inform brand positioning and strategy. - Present design concepts to internal stakeholders and external clients, iterating based on feedback. - Monitor industry trends and emerging media platforms to keep brand visuals fresh and engaging. Required Skills - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). - Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory. - Brand marketing, development, and management experience. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively. - Analytical and problem‑solving abilities. - Mandarin/Chinese language proficiency is a plus. Required Education & Certifications - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. - Experience in the textile or related industry is a plus (no specific certifications required).
