Job Title: Marketing Campaign Senior Manager Role Summary: Lead the design, execution, and optimisation of multi‑brand marketing campaigns across the portfolio, driving awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth. Own end‑to‑end campaign life‑cycle, from strategy to performance analysis, ensuring data‑driven decisions and GDPR compliance. Expectations: - Collaborative Leadership: work closely with Sales, Operations, and Product teams. - Agility: adapt quickly in a start‑up/scale‑up environment, prioritise with speed. - Process & Accountability: establish clear campaign frameworks and reporting. - Strategic & Hands‑On: balance planning with execution, handling digital tactics personally when required. - Supplier & Partner Management: build and maintain agency, contractor, and technology relationships. - Innovation & Continuous Learning: stay current on marketing trends, tools, and platforms. - Ad‑Hoc Projects: support cross‑functional initiatives beyond standard campaigns. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and own brand‑specific campaign strategies (inbound & outbound). - Plan and execute digital (PPC, SEO, social, email, events) and non‑digital campaigns. - Manage campaign calendar, social media engagement, and sales collateral. - Track, analyse, and report campaign performance using analytics tools; ensure measurable outcomes. - Ensure GDPR compliance for all campaigns. - Lead customer communication programmes (onboarding to retention). - Collaborate on case studies, testimonials, and advocacy initiatives. - Optimize landing pages and digital journeys for SEO, conversion, and performance; run A/B tests. - Own group website management (WordPress/HubSpot), including technical SEO and site structure. - Coordinate with developers/agencies on website builds, migrations, and enhancements. - Conduct competitor and sector research to inform targeting and positioning. Required Skills: - Proven B2B or multi‑brand campaign marketing experience. - Senior manager level ownership of strategy and execution. - Hands‑on expertise in digital and non‑digital campaign delivery. - Experience with HubSpot and WordPress (creation, updates, optimisation). - Strong campaign tracking, reporting, and analytics proficiency. - Test‑and‑learn optimisation, channel ROI management. - Agile, process‑driven, comfortable in start‑up/scale‑up settings. - Strong project management, prioritisation, and deadline‑management. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (preferred). - Certifications in HubSpot Marketing, Google Analytics, and SEO are advantageous.
