**Job Title:** Salesforce Developer/Engineer **Role Summary:** Develop and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions for a loan origination platform, collaborating in agile teams to deliver end-to-end software development lifecycle projects tailored for community banks. **Expectations:** Deliver high-quality, production-ready code; ensure timely feature development; align solutions with business requirements. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce platform enhancements (APEX, Visualforce, Lightning, Experience Cloud). - Lead major feature/module development. - Write technical documentation and specifications. - Enforce coding standards and best practices. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum frameworks. - Optimize CI/CD processes and drive continuous improvement. - Resolve technical issues proactively and provide leadership. - Support stakeholder rollouts and updates. **Required Skills:** - 3+ years’ Salesforce platform development experience. - Proficiency in APEX, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura), Salesforce APIs. - Deep understanding of Salesforce governor limits and best practices. - Full-stack Salesforce ecosystem development. - Experience with Loan Origination Systems preferred. - Remote collaboration within small teams. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. - Salesforce certifications preferred.
