Computer Services Inc. (CSI) is seeking a talented Salesforce Developer/Engineer to join our team supporting the Hawthorn River loan origination platform. This role offers the opportunity to work on a modern, scalable solution tailored for community banks, contributing to the full software development lifecycle in a collaborative, agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and deploy enhancements to the Hawthorn River platform using Salesforce technologies (APEX, Visualforce, Lightning, Aura, Experience Cloud).
Lead development efforts for major features or entire product modules.
Write and maintain technical documentation and specifications.
Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, QA) in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Participate in CI/CD processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Provide technical leadership and proactively identify and resolve issues.
Support internal and external stakeholders with product rollouts and updates.

High-quality, scalable Salesforce solutions with minimal need for redesign or refactoring.

Enhancements that meet customer and business requirements.
Effective collaboration across teams to support product success.
Qualifications
3+ years of hands-on experience developing on the Salesforce platform.
Proficiency in APEX, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura), Experience Cloud, and Salesforce APIs.
Strong understanding of Salesforce governor limits and platform best practices.
Full-stack development experience within Salesforce ecosystem.
Prior experience with Loan Origination Systems is highly desirable.
Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote, small-team environment.
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Salesforce certifications preferred.
