**Job Title:** Paid Media Consultant (Beauty) **Role Summary:** Strategic leader responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing full‑funnel paid media campaigns (social, YouTube, CTV, audio, display) to drive brand awareness and performance for a premium skincare brand expanding its U.S. digital footprint. **Expectations:** - Deliver measurable ROI and growth in key metrics (CPM, CPC, ROAS, LTV). - Align media investments with brand and e‑commerce objectives across owned and partner channels. - Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership. - Stay ahead of industry trends and introduce innovative media tactics. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and own integrated paid media strategy across Meta, Google, TikTok, and emerging platforms. - Manage budget allocation, pacing, and performance reporting. - Collaborate with Brand, E‑commerce, Social, PR, CRM teams and external agencies for 360° campaign execution. - Optimize upper‑ and mid‑funnel campaigns for both awareness and conversion. - Align media plans with owned‑commerce (brand site) and partner‑commerce (e.g., Sephora) initiatives. - Analyze campaign data, produce insights, and recommend strategic adjustments. - Monitor market trends, test new channels/tactics, and drive continuous improvement. **Required Skills:** - 5‑8 years digital marketing experience with proven paid‑media strategy and optimization. - Expertise in Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, and programmatic platforms. - Strong analytical ability; fluent in CPM, CPC, ROAS, LTV metrics. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management, comfortable with senior leadership. - Collaborative, cross‑functional mindset. - Prior experience in beauty, luxury, or consumer goods preferred. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent professional experience). - Relevant certifications (e.g., Meta Blueprint, Google Ads, TikTok Ads) are a plus.
