Our client, a globally recognized skincare brand is seeking a Paid Media consultant. They are known for heritage, innovation, and commitment to sustainability. Combining natural ingredients with cutting-edge science, the company continues to grow its U.S. presence and digital footprint while maintaining its reputation for high-quality, results-driven products and thoughtful brand storytelling. As the brand continues to expand its U.S. presence and digital footprint, it’s seeking a Paid Media expert to help accelerate awareness and performance across channels—driving impact through strategic storytelling, data-driven optimization, and flawless campaign execution.

What you’ll do:

Drive full-funnel paid media strategy—social, YouTube, CTV, audio, display—leveraging your expertise to optimize upper- and mid-funnel campaigns for both brand awareness and performance.
Partner cross-functionally (Brand, Ecommerce, Social, PR, CRM) and with agencies to ensure seamless execution of 360° campaign plans.
Align the brand’s owned-commerce and partner-commerce (e.g., Sephora) media plans to maximize impact and synergy.
Define and manage budget allocation in close collaboration with senior leadership; translate campaign data into clear insights and action-oriented recommendations.
Stay ahead of industry trends and proactively propose new channels, tactics, and optimizations to enhance ROI and drive brand momentum.

What they are looking for:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
5–8 years of digital marketing experience with demonstrable mastery of paid media strategy and optimization across multiple channels (Meta, Google, TikTok ecosystems).
Fluency in key performance metrics (CPM, CPC, ROAS, LTV) and a proven ability to translate data into strategic direction.
Collaborative and strategic mindset—comfortable working across brand and performance teams and interacting with senior stakeholders.
Experience in the beauty, luxury, or consumer space is strongly preferred.
