Job Description: Job Title: Right Hand of the CEO (Internship) Role Summary: Assist the CEO with investor relations, fundraising, operational coordination, strategic analysis, and event/communication support for a fintech focused on on‑chain trading of carbon allowances. Expectations: - Deliver timely operational support to enable smooth daily functions. - Contribute actionable insights for fundraising and strategic planning. - Manage communication assets and event logistics, enhancing brand visibility. - Demonstrate independence, strong analytical judgment, and cross‑functional collaboration. Key Responsibilities: 1. Investor Relations & Fundraising • Draft and edit investor decks, pitch materials, and updates. • Coordinate investor meetings and follow‑up communications. 2. Operational Coordination • Maintain CEO’s calendar, prioritize tasks, and prepare briefing notes. • Track key deliverables, deadlines, and stakeholder commitments. 3. Strategic Analysis • Conduct market & competitor research on carbon & digital finance ecosystems. • Summarize findings in reports to inform executive decisions. 4. Event & Communication Support • Plan and execute internal and external events (webinars, roundtables). • Create visual assets (Canva, Figma, PowerPoint) for presentations and social channels. 5. Cross‑functional Liaison • Bridge communication between finance, marketing, product, and legal teams. • Synthesize project updates for executive briefing. Required Skills: - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. - Experience with Notion, Canva, Figma, or similar collaborative tools. - Strong organizational, time‑management, and problem‑solving skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication in French and English. - Ability to work autonomously and proactively. - Interest or prior exposure to financial markets, carbon markets, or fintech. Required Education & Certifications: - Current enrollment in a Master’s program (Business School, Engineering, or University) with a focus on Management, Finance, or Entrepreneurship. - Prior experience in Private Equity, Venture Capital, or a tech/fintech startup is desirable (optional).
