**Job Title:** Demand Generation Marketing Manager – EMEA
**Role Summary:** Lead the end‑to‑end demand generation strategy for the company’s SaaS education platform across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, driving qualified pipeline, retention, and cross‑sell opportunities while aligning marketing initiatives with sales objectives.
**Expectations:**
- Produce measurable growth in marketing‑generated pipeline and achieve or exceed pipe‑to‑spend targets.
- Align marketing activities with sales teams to maximize revenue impact and maintain a strong sales‑marketing partnership.
- Manage a regional budget, ensuring spending is driven by data and delivers ROI.
- Deliver timely performance reports and insights that optimize campaign effectiveness and lead quality.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and execute go‑to‑market plans for EMEA that support demand generation, customer retention, and cross‑sell.
- Design, launch, and optimise multi‑channel campaigns (social, email, paid, partnership) using HubSpot; integrate Salesforce data to measure outcomes.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing, Events, Brand & Community teams to localise product launches and content for the region.
- Coordinate with sales on outbound initiatives, pipeline enablement, and revenue goals.
- Track, analyse, and report on key metrics (pipeline, lead quality, ROI, pipe‑to‑spend), using insights to refine strategies.
- Manage regional budget allocation and ensure marketing spend is justified by expected impact.
- Stay current on EMEA education trends, customer pain points, and competitive positioning to inform messaging and targeting.
**Required Skills:**
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS/EdTech demand generation experience with proven pipeline results.
- Advanced proficiency in HubSpot (Marketing Automation, Lead Management) and Salesforce integration.
- Strong copywriting, creative campaign development, and multi‑channel execution.
- Data‑driven mindset: capability to set KPIs, analyse performance, and optimise spend.
- Project management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple initiatives.
- Excellent collaboration and cross‑functional stakeholder management across marketing, sales, product, and customer success.
- Adaptability to international markets and cultural nuances within EMEA.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (preferred).
- HubSpot Certified Inbound Marketing/Marketing Automation or equivalent marketing platform certification (advantageous).
