Job title: SAP/ERP Technical Lead Consultant
Role Summary: Lead and manage the end‑to‑end implementation of SAP S/4HANA for a high‑growth FMCG/eCommerce organization, driving the ERP roadmap, governance, and delivery across finance, supply chain, and manufacturing functions. Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the SAP partner, ensuring scope control, solution adoption, and data integrity.
Expectations: Deliver a fully functional SAP S/4HANA system within a 12‑month contract. Own the implementation lifecycle from discovery through rollout and stabilization. Provide strategic steering of the ERP roadmap, secure stakeholder alignment, and maintain a focus on long‑term value and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead full life cycle SAP implementation, coordinating discovery, design, build, test, and go‑live phases.
- Own the ERP roadmap, governance, and delivery schedule, ensuring milestones are met.
- Conduct business process mapping for manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and order flow, translating requirements into SAP solutions.
- Manage stakeholder engagement, vendor coordination, and change management activities to secure buy‑in and smooth adoption.
- Drive ERP adoption, oversee data integrity, and optimize system performance post‑implementation.
- Ensure documentation of designs, decisions, and configurations is complete and auditable.
Required Skills:
- Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA (Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing).
- Proven experience leading SAP integrations and data migration projects.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to translate business requirements into SAP functional and technical solutions.
- Familiarity with FMCG/eCommerce operational environments.
- Experience in change management and adoption facilitation.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent field.
- SAP S/4HANA certification (Finance, SCM, or Manufacturing) preferred.
- Additional SAP functional or technical certifications are an advantage.
