SAP/ERP Lead Technical Consultant - 12-Month Contract (Outside IR35)
London - 2 days per week
We Are Dcoded are partnering with a high-growth FMCG/eCommerce business to appoint a SAP/ERP Lead Technical Consultant for a major SAP implementation. This role will lead the end-to-end SAP delivery, owning the ERP roadmap from discovery and design through rollout and stabilisation.
You will work cross-functionally across operations, production, finance and technology, acting as the key interface between the business and the SAP transformation partner. Strong documentation, stakeholder management and problem-solving capability are critical to ensure scope control, adoption and long-term value.
Key Responsibilities
Lead full life cycle SAP implementation
Own ERP roadmap, governance and delivery
Business process mapping (manufacturing, supply chain, finance, order flow)
Stakeholder, vendor and change management
Drive ERP adoption, data integrity and optimisation
Key Technology Experience
SAP S/4HANA (Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing)
ERP integrations and data migration
FMCG/eCommerce operational environments
Outside IR35. Immediate impact role.
