**Job Title**: Brand & Experiential Marketing Manager
**Role Summary**: Lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of community, VIP, and partner events to build brand awareness, generate earned media, and acquire new customers for a fast‑growing health‑and‑wellness startup.
**Expectations**:
- Own event strategy and brand partnership initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
- Deliver high‑impact, on‑budget events that reflect the brand’s values and resonate with target audiences.
- Analyze post‑event performance, produce executive reports, and recommend improvements.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Event Management**: Design, coordinate, and execute community and VIP events; manage vendors, budgets, and timelines; collaborate with cross‑functional teams and the social media team for promotion and content capture.
- **Partner Collaboration**: Source and secure brand collaborations (product, hospitality, subscription boxes); develop proposals, negotiate terms, manage run‑of‑show documents, and integrate partnerships into broader objectives.
- **Performance Analysis**: Define success metrics, track event impact, and prepare stakeholder dashboard reports; suggest optimizations.
- **Strategic Planning**: Work with Senior Brand Manager on seasonal activations (e.g., Dry January, Journey East to West), including concept development, venue selection, and guest experience design.
- **Industry Monitoring**: Track cultural trends, competitive landscape, and consumer insights to position the brand as an industry leader.
**Required Skills**:
- 2+ years of brand or experiential marketing experience, with a proven portfolio of events from concept to execution.
- Strong project management, budgeting, and vendor negotiation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; storytelling ability.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and event‑planning software.
- Detail‑oriented, analytical, and self‑motivated; able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
**Required Education & Certifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
