Job Description
Job Title: Client Solutions Consultant (M/F) Role Summary: Provide consultative project management and technical expertise to agricultural cooperative and agro‑industrial clients, delivering tailored SaaS solutions that improve environmental impact and economic performance. Expactations: * Own end‑to‑end client engagements from pre‑sale through implementation and ongoing success. * Translate client needs into actionable configurations and custom integrations. * Maintain high customer satisfaction, ensuring long‑term relationship growth and SLA fulfillment. Key Responsibilities: * Design and present customized solutions, including demo setup, configuration and integration with third‑party tools. * Lead technical implementation, data migration, and interoperability with client systems. * Conduct client onboarding, targeted training, and create educational materials (tutorials, guides, FAQ). * Develop and update individual client success plans with milestones, checkpoints and performance reviews. * Capture client feedback, market trends and feature requests; collaborate with R&D and Product teams on roadmap alignment. * Drive consultative sales activities: discovery calls, ROI-focused value propositions, demos, proposals (RFPs, quotes). * Manage CRM pipeline, generate qualified leads through targeted campaigns and industry events, update opportunity status. Required Skills: * 3+ years of SaaS implementation, consulting, or client‑solutions experience in agriculture or related sectors. * Strong technical aptitude – configuration, integration, troubleshooting. * Excellent communication and presentation skills, fluent in English (C1) and French. * Ability to build trust, negotiate, and influence stakeholders at all levels. * Proficiency with CRM tools and pipeline management. Required Education & Certifications: * Engineer degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, or related field from an accredited institution (ISA, UnilaSalle, Purpan, AgroParisTech, Institut Agro, Bordeaux Sciences Agro, ISARA). * Mandatory professional qualification in engineering practice. ---
