Job Title: ServiceNow Architect
Role Summary:
Lead architectural design, development, and implementation of scalable ServiceNow solutions. Translate business needs into technical blueprints, oversee system integrations, and ensure platform integrity, security, and performance.
Expectations:
Deliver high‑quality ServiceNow solutions that meet business requirements, align with industry best practices, and integrate seamlessly with enterprise systems. Maintain strong communication with stakeholders, manage expectations, and provide expert guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement robust, scalable ServiceNow solutions (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM).
- Translate business requirements into technical blueprints and architecture plans.
- Lead integration efforts with external systems using REST, SOAP, SAML, LDAP, JDBC, and web services.
- Ensure platform integrity, security, and optimal performance.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on DevOps/CI‑CD pipelines and cloud technologies.
- Provide technical mentorship, documentation, and knowledge transfer to internal teams.
Required Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of ServiceNow platform experience (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM).
- Strong scripting and development in JavaScript (client‑side & server‑side).
- Proficiency with integrations: REST, SOAP, SAML, LDAP, JDBC, web services.
- Knowledge of RDBMS design, CMDBs, network, and application architecture.
- Experience with cloud technologies, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent oral and written communication, presentation, and mentoring abilities.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
- ServiceNow Technical Architect certification preferred; CMA certification advantageous.
- Minimum 10 years of industry experience is a strong plus.
