Requirements
• 5 years of ServiceNow experience with any of the following: ServiceNow Platform Depth (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM)

• Integrations with other systems using REST, SOAP, SAML, LDAP, JDBC, and web services
• Database & Architecture knowledge (RDBMS design, CMDBs, network, and application architecture)
• Cloud Technologies
• DevOps & CI/CD
Nice-to-haves
• Advanced Degree
• 10+ years of industry experience
• ServiceNow Technical Architect certification is preferred
• Certified Master Architect (CMA)
• Ability to enter client environment and provide recommendations after assessing the requirements and the current state
• Demonstrated experience managing the expectations of high-profile clients and building a reputation of trust
• Possess strong oral and written communication, presentation skills, project management, and mentoring skills
