Job Description

**Job Title:** Founding CTO / AI Engineer **Role Summary:** Lead the technical vision and execution of a TrustTech SaaS platform, turning a patented trust‑measurement framework into a product. Drive AI engineering, platform architecture, and team building from MVP to scale as a co‑founder. **Expectations:** - Act as co‑founder with equity stake and strategic influence. - Work in an early‑stage startup environment with rapid iteration. - Deliver high‑quality, secure, GDPR‑compliant SaaS solutions. **Key Responsibilities:** - Architect and develop the MVP SaaS stack (FastAPI/Python backend, Next.js frontend, Postgres & vector DB, ASR/NLP/LLM). - Translate the (T+L+R)/(D) framework into production AI engines. - Build speech, text, and light computer‑vision pipelines. - Ensure data privacy, security, and regulatory compliance. - Shape the product roadmap and collaborate on fundraising efforts. - Recruit, grow, and lead the technical team post‑funding. **Required Skills:** - AI/ML engineering experience in speech recognition, NLP, or multimodal models. - SaaS architecture: REST APIs, cloud infrastructure, dashboards, data pipelines. - Proficiency with vector databases, speech‑to‑text, and LLM integration. - Strong coding in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript (Next.js). - Understanding of GDPR, data security, and privacy best practices. - Startup mindset: comfortable with ambiguity, rapid iteration, and high ownership. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred). - Certifications in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) or AI/ML are a plus.
