About TRUST OR(tm)

We're building the first TrustTech SaaS. Our patented TRUST OR(tm) equation makes trust measurable and trainable in conversations. Think of it as the Relational AI layer for sales, leadership, and beyond.

We've filed IP, built the brand, and attracted early enterprise and investor attention. Now we're looking for a Founding CTO / AI Engineer to join as a true co-founder and turn vision into product.

Responsibilities

Architect and build the first MVP SaaS platform (FastAPI/Python backend, Next.js frontend, Postgres + vector DB, ASR/NLP/LLM stack).
Translate the (T + L + R) / (D framework into working AI engines.
Lead development of speech, text, and light computer vision pipelines.
Ensure data privacy, security, and GDPR compliance.
Collaborate on product roadmap and future fundraising.
Grow and lead the technical team post-funding.

Requirements

Proven experience in AI/ML engineering (speech recognition, NLP, or multimodal ML).
Strong SaaS architecture skills: APIs, cloud infra, dashboards, data pipelines.
Comfortable with fast iterations and early-stage startup life.
Bonus: background in computer vision, vector databases, or coaching/enablement tools.
Entrepreneurial mindset -- willing to join as a co-founder with equity.
