**Job Title:**
Pipedrive CRM & Automation Consultant
**Role Summary:**
Client‑facing consultant responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing Pipedrive CRM systems and automation workflows using Zapier, Make, and related no‑code tools. Works remotely part‑time (10‑20 hrs/week) with the possibility of scaling to full‑time, supporting sales and operations teams of B2B SMEs across the UK, US, Canada, Europe, and Australia.
**Expectations:**
* Deliver scalable, reliable automation solutions that improve pipeline efficiency.
* Provide clear documentation, blueprints, and training to ensure user adoption.
* Maintain proactive communication with clients, resolving issues and driving success.
* Work during overlapping UK business hours and maintain reliable internet connectivity.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **CRM Architecture & Optimisation** – Configure, customise, and refine Pipedrive setups tailored to client needs.
2. **Automation Design & Delivery** – Build robust workflows with Zapier, Make, and other no‑code platforms.
3. **Sales Process Consulting** – Advise on pipeline management, lead tracking, activity logging, and best‑practice sales operations.
4. **System Integration** – Connect CRMs to external tools via APIs, webhooks, and integration platforms.
5. **Documentation & Reporting** – Create process documentation, automation blueprints, and training materials.
6. **Training & Enablement** – Conduct client training sessions to drive long‑term adoption.
7. **Customer Success** – Proactively address client queries, maintain satisfaction, and ensure continuous improvement.
**Required Skills:**
* 3+ years consulting, operations, or sales‑tech experience using Pipedrive and Zapier.
* Deep knowledge of CRM configuration, workflow automation, and sales pipeline management.
* Excellent written and spoken English; strong client‑facing communication.
* Experience with B2B SMEs in RevOps, sales consulting, or operations.
* Ability to design scalable, robust automation across platforms.
* Strong attention to detail, accountability, and delivery orientation.
* Capability to run training sessions and translate technical concepts for non‑technical users.
* Reliable internet connection and availability during some UK business hours.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or related field (preferred).
**Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):**
* HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, SmartSuite, ClickUp, Airtable, or Make experience.
* Lead‑generation platforms (Apollo, Dripify, Clay).
* API/webhook development and documentation proficiency.
* Zapier AI tools and no‑code AI agent creation.
* Process mapping, project management, or business analysis expertise.
* Passion for generative AI, AI automation, and operational tech strategy.
