Job Description: Job Title: Java Full Stack Developer Role Summary: Design and develop scalable, event‑driven microservices using Java and Spring‑Boot, with strong backend focus and exposure to modern front‑end technologies. Contribute to end‑to‑end distributed systems, CI/CD pipelines, observability, and cross‑functional collaboration within an enterprise‑scale financial services environment. Expactations (Expectations): - 5+ years building distributed, event‑based systems. - Proficiency in Java 11+ (Java 17/21 preferred). - Deep experience with Spring ecosystem, especially REST and Boot. - Proven work with Kafka or equivalent messaging platforms. - Solid knowledge of microservices design, resiliency, scalability, and security. - Hands‑on CI/CD, DevOps, and cloud‑native development (preferably Azure). - Exposure to front‑end (Angular) and database modeling (relational & NoSQL). - Experience in FinTech or financial services is a plus. Key Responsibilities: - Architect, implement, and maintain Java‑based microservices and APIs. - Build event‑driven, distributed solutions using Kafka or similar. - Write clean, performance‑optimized, testable code with comprehensive automated coverage. - Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines, telemetry, and observability tooling. - Collaborate with global teams, SRE, and architects to define standards and best practices. - Mentor junior developers and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
