**Job Title** Hybrid IT Automation Analyst **Role Summary** Develop, implement, and maintain automation and data solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform. Lead process‑improvement projects, streamline workflows, and create reporting dashboards to provide actionable insights across the organization. Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to identify inefficiencies and deliver scalable automation solutions. **Expectations** - Deliver end‑to‑end automation projects on schedule and within scope. - Ensure data integrity, accurate reporting, and reliable analytics. - Apply AI concepts to enhance business intelligence and workflow efficiency. - Communicate progress and results clearly to cross‑functional teams. **Key Responsibilities** - Manage automation and analytics initiatives from concept through deployment. - Design, build, and maintain solutions in Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI. - Support data governance, quality, and reporting accuracy. - Conduct requirement gathering and translate business needs into technical specifications. - Coordinate with department leads to define project goals, timelines, and success metrics. - Provide training and documentation for end‑users of automated solutions. **Required Skills** - 3+ years experience in IT, automation, or related roles. - Strong proficiency with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI). - Solid understanding of data management, analytics, and reporting. - Familiarity with AI fundamentals applied to business processes. - Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder management abilities. - Proven project management capabilities, including planning and execution. **Required Education & Certifications** - Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent. - Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. - Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Power Platform Functional Consultant, Power Platform Developer, or similar) are a plus.
