Location: Marlborough, MA (Hybrid)
Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 per year
We're seeking an IT Automation Analyst to lead process improvement projects and implement business automation solutions that streamline operations and enhance analytics. Role Overview
This position focuses on developing, implementing, and maintaining automation & data solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform. The IT Automation Analyst will collaborate with business and IT teams to identify inefficiencies, automate workflows, and design reporting dashboards that deliver actionable insights. The ideal candidate is both technical and analytical, with a solid understanding of business processes, automation, and data integrity. Key Responsibilities
Manage automation and analytics projects from concept to deployment
Build and maintain Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI solutions
Support data management, integrity, and reporting accuracy
Apply AI fundamentals to enhance Business Intelligence and workflows
Collaborate across departments to define and achieve project goals Qualifications
3+ years of experience in IT or automation roles
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Power Platform and data tools
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
