**Job Title** Project Manager – Package Management (BMS, Security, Structured Cabling) **Role Summary** Lead site coordination, delivery, and integration of Building Management System (BMS), Electronic Security, and Structured Cabling & ICT infrastructure packages through construction, commissioning, and handover. Manage specialist subcontractors, ensure quality, programme compliance, and UK standard adherence, and facilitate interface coordination with MEP trades. **Expectations** - Deliver the three technology packages on time, within budget, and to specification. - Maintain high installation quality and compliance with UK standards and project specifications. - Effectively manage subcontractors, interface coordination, and programme delivery. - Provide clear documentation and support practical completion and defects management. **Key Responsibilities** - Manage and coordinate subcontractors for BMS, security, and structured cabling packages. - Monitor installation quality, programme compliance, and schedule. - Lead coordination and progress meetings; review and manage technical submittals. - Oversee variations, ensuring scope and budget adherence. - Ensure compliance with UK construction standards, CDM regulations, and project specifications. - Drive interface coordination between BMS, security, ICT, and MEP trades. - Coordinate integrated systems testing during commissioning. - Witness and manage commissioning activities. - Ensure completion of O&M manuals and as‑built documentation. - Support practical completion and manage defects period obligations. **Required Skills** - Proven experience delivering BMS, security, and/or structured cabling packages. - Strong knowledge of systems integration, interface management, and commercial awareness. - Ability to lead and manage specialist subcontractors within an active construction environment. - Proficiency in programme management and quality control. - Excellent communication and coordination skills. - Familiarity with UK construction standards and CDM regulations. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Construction Engineering, or equivalent. - Knowledge of UK construction standards and CDM regulations. - Relevant professional certification (e.g., PMP, RICS) is an advantage.

Expectations: Deliver work in compliance with specifications, programme, and industry best practice; maintain a “right first time” quality culture; effectively manage subcontractors and client interfaces. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage all CSA quality activities on site. - Implement and maintain the Project Quality Plan and Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs). - Conduct inspections, audits, and surveillance of subcontractor works. - Review and approve method statements and quality documentation. - Manage Non‑Conformance Reports (NCRs) and drive timely close‑out. - Interface with client representatives and third‑party inspectors. - Support handover documentation and QA dossiers. - Promote a strong quality culture across the site. Required Skills: - Proven experience as a QA/Quality Lead or Manager in CSA roles. - Background in large‑scale, mission‑critical construction projects. - Strong understanding of QA/QC processes, ITPs, and ISO standards. - Ability to manage subcontractors and client interfaces confidently. - Detail‑oriented with a proactive approach to issue resolution. - Availability to start on short notice preferred.
