**Job Title:** Head of Marketing
**Role Summary:**
Senior leader responsible for developing and executing Field AI’s end‑to‑end marketing, brand, and narrative strategy across customers, investors, and the ecosystem. Translates technical product capabilities and real‑world deployments into clear, credible market positioning that drives revenue, pipeline growth, and category leadership.
**Expectations:**
- Define and own company‑wide positioning, brand voice, and category narrative.
- Deliver marketing programs that directly support GTM objectives and measurable revenue impact.
- Ensure all external communications are accurate, evidence‑based, and timed for maximum impact.
- Build a market perception that positions Field AI as the leading, general‑purpose autonomy platform with superior safety, scalability, and cost advantages.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Customer & Product Marketing:** Create and manage product collateral, event strategy, website content, and post‑deployment enablement assets (manuals, training, video libraries).
- **Brand & Creative Direction:** Produce case‑study and capability videos, define visual identity, maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints, and develop distribution plans for owned and partner channels.
- **PR & External Communications:** Lead PR strategy, manage agency relationships, secure press coverage, prepare executives for media, and control news flow and announcement timing.
- **Strategic Pillars Execution:** Align messaging around safety & deployability, general‑purpose autonomy, and low‑cost, minimal‑supervision deployment.
- **Cross‑Functional Collaboration:** Partner with leadership, product, sales, and engineering to ensure marketing assets reflect true system capabilities.
- **Competitive Intelligence:** Monitor competitors and partners, highlight Field AI’s differentiators, and safeguard brand reputation.
**Required Skills:**
- Proven leadership of marketing, brand, or narrative functions in high‑growth technology firms.
- Strong track record in company‑level positioning and category creation.
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts into compelling, evidence‑based messaging.
- Experience designing GTM‑aligned marketing programs that drive pipeline and revenue.
- Excellent editorial judgment, storytelling, and visual communication skills.
- Strategic thinking with data‑driven decision making and ROI focus.
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management across senior leadership, product, and sales teams.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (required).
- MBA or advanced degree preferred but not mandatory.
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., Pragmatic Marketing, HubSpot, Google Analytics) advantageous.
