Job Description

ServiceNow Developer Role Summary: Develop and maintain scalable ServiceNow applications to streamline operations across HR Service Delivery (HRSD) and IT Service Management (ITSM), ensuring compliance and enhancing user experience. Expectations: Collaborate in Agile environments to implement iterative improvements, uphold platform security, and support cross-functional integrations with enterprise systems. Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications and workflows for HRSD/ITSM modules. - Build integrations with HRIS, ERP, and project management tools using REST, SOAP, JDBC, and Integration Hub. - Ensure security, compliance, performance, and scalability across all environments. - Partner with cross-functional teams for solution design and iterative development. - Provide documentation, technical guidance, and support for implementation and enhancements. Required Skills - Strong ServiceNow platform development expertise, including application design and configuration. - Proficiency in REST, SOAP, JDBC, and integration framework design. - Experience with Agile methodologies and cross-functional collaboration. - Problem-solving focus for complex workflows and system integration. - Experience in IT or construction technology preferred. Required Education & Certifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field; ServiceNow Certified Developer; ITIL certification preferred.
