Platform Developer to join their Enterprise Technology team. This is an opportunity to make a real impact by developing scalable, secure, and user-focused ServiceNow solutions that streamline operations, strengthen compliance, and enhance the experience of both field and corporate teams. You'll collaborate across departments to bring efficiency and innovation to a company known for challenging the limits of what's possible in construction and engineering.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications, workflows, and custom features -- initially focused on HR Service Delivery (HRSD) and IT Service Management (ITSM), with room to expand into additional modules.
Build and support integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems, including HRIS, ERP, and project management tools.
Leverage integration technologies (e.g., REST, SOAP, JDBC, and Integration Hub spokes) to ensure seamless data flow and reliable performance.
Uphold platform security, compliance, and performance standards across all environments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to deliver iterative improvements and new functionality.
Provide technical guidance, documentation, and support for both new implementations and ongoing enhancements.
