**Job title** Head of Commercial Analytics **Role Summary** Senior leader responsible for developing and executing the commercial analytics and pricing strategy across all customer propositions in a fintech environment. Drives data‑led insights to support sustainable growth, influences executive decision‑making, and builds a high‑performing analytics team. **Expectations** - Deliver end‑to‑end pricing strategy that aligns with commercial performance and growth goals. - Translate complex data into actionable recommendations for cross‑functional teams. - Own the quantitative foundation for pricing, experimentation, and partnership development. - Lead and grow a capable commercial analytics group. **Key Responsibilities** - Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of commercial analytics and pricing capabilities. - Own and evolve pricing strategies for all customer segments, ensuring they drive growth and profitability. - Use advanced analytics to extract insights on customer behavior, market dynamics, and commercial outcomes. - Partner with strategy, finance, commercial, and engineering to embed data‑driven decision making. - Conduct experiments, A/B tests, and scenario analyses to validate pricing models. - Translate analytical findings into clear business recommendations for senior stakeholders. - Build and manage a high‑performing analytics team, setting objectives, coaching, and ensuring execution excellence. **Required Skills** - 7+ years in analytics, data science, or strategy roles. - Strong quantitative and problem‑solving abilities. - Advanced technical proficiency (SQL, Python, statistical modeling). - Experience working with large, complex datasets. - Proven ability to combine deep analysis with strategic perspective. - Excellent stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration. - Ownership mindset, proactive outcome delivery, and decision‑making authority. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in a quantitative or STEM field, 2:1 or above. - Relevant certifications in analytics, data science, or pricing strategy (preferred but not mandatory).
