Job Description
**Job title**: Business Transformation Manager **Role Summary**: Lead the execution of a 10‑year transformation agenda across multiple markets, bridging strategy and execution. Design and embed transformation processes, drive high‑impact initiatives, and act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership. **Expectations**: - Deliver measurable business impact through strategic programmes. - Translate transformation priorities into clear, actionable plans. - Influence C‑suite decision‑making and secure buy‑in across stakeholder layers. - Continuously improve processes and governance to maintain momentum. **Key Responsibilities**: - Design, document, and roll out core transformation processes, including annual/quarterly planning, strategic communications, and governance frameworks. - Partner with market and cross‑functional teams to accelerate delivery of high‑value initiatives, managing timelines, resources, and risk. - Resolve operational blockers, maintain progress visibility, and communicate status to senior stakeholders. - Act as a strategic advisor, guiding leaders through change and aligning initiatives with the overarching transformation roadmap. - Leverage data, insights, and feedback to refine processes and enhance the effectiveness of the Transformation Office. **Required Skills**: - Proven experience in strategic transformation within a top‑tier consultancy or a complex, multi‑market organization. - Ability to balance strategic vision with detail‑oriented execution. - Exceptional stakeholder management and communication, comfortable engaging at C‑suite level. - Track record of delivering complex programmes that generate tangible business value. - Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and facilitation skills. - Familiarity with media, digital, or entertainment sectors is a plus. **Required Education & Certifications**: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred). - Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Lean Six Sigma, Certified Transformation Professional) are advantageous.
